In 2009, while working as a CNN correspondent in Istanbul, she was silenced by a public online attack. She froze.

It didn't matter that she had advised the Vice President of Spain, lived in Singapore, India, and Italy, or written a bestselling book. In that moment, she believed she needed confidence to move again.

She was wrong. She researched without confidence — across 100+ psychologists, coaches and leaders. She returned to India. She moved to Dubai. She built a platform that reached 20 million people. All without confidence. Today she is the founder and CEO of IWEI, a global platform for women's leadership and inclusive leadership.
